I give it a ine because our waitress paid more attention to the bigger tables more than she did me and my friend. I guess she... thought we couldn't tip - she would have gotten a nice one tho had she not basically paid us dust. She left our food in thewindow and served it to me cold. Of course I sent it back and the manager was very unapologetic. As far as the drinks go....I'lljust be quiet. Maybe my next visit will be better,as far as food and service goes. Read more
Had a work meeting here Sunday night it was 61 degrees in the building. I took a pic of the thermostat but can?t post here. 2... people drove over an hour. We were freezing. Had to wear our jackets the whole time. Most miserable dining experience I canremember. Didn?t see the manager all night until we were leaving he walked by our table a guy with us asked why it was so coldin there his reply was I have the heat up. Which it was set on 73. But obviously was not working. No apology, hey guyssorry we have someone coming to look at it, nothing. All the girls had jackets and sweaters on, I know they were miserable. "But man have they changed for the worse. I can't recommend Burlington any longer if this is the bar they've set."......... this... was my review from 6 moths ago. Decided to try again this morning. Our waitress was Katherine. She was amazing. Even our shydaughter talked to her. The food was on point. Katherine is extremely good at her job. Next time we go we are going to ask forher section. Nice visit here. The pretzels and nachos were spectacular. The boneless wings were good, I had the dry rub garlic... habenaero. Service was very good as well. My biggest problem with this visit is that the place we were seated had a TV blaringso loud we couldn't have a conversation across the table. We asked if they would turn it down, and were told that a tableseated after us wanted it louder so they couldn't. We were allowed to move to an adjacent table to accommodate. Upon paying,they were having some type of issue with their CC processing system, and had to go to a nearby ATM after trying 4 differentcards. All in all not bad, just inconvenient. Read more
what is the issue with the doordash orders? they sit at the bar and get cold due to them not being bagged, then when you ask the... bartender or the hostess, its like they get an attitude... this has happened on more than one occasion.... always around 11pm iwould encourage people NOT to order through doordash at this location... We all know why people come here... they're right next door to the hotel. Poor service is their hallmark. Beer was warm and... flat. Mozzarella sticks (6) had 2 with no mozzarella in them. We mentioned it and then had to ask for it to be removed. Managernever came to talk with us and say sorry...it's a supplier issue. No biggie, but blowing us off was the wrong answer. Had an amazing experience at Hooters. The food was great. The waitress was absolutely stunning and had except table service. We... got salads, wings, and some shrimp. Everything was very tender and juicy. The sauces are amazing. I really liked the Daytona andthe buffalo habanero. They had bones on the TV instead of sports so that was also a plus. Probably the worst service I've ever had at a Hooters. It was so bad we couldn't wait to leave. Not busy at all, about 1/3 of... the tables occupied, and it took over 40 min to get a kids cheeseburger and 2 orders of 10 wings with zero communications fromthe server, Sara. We asked for 2 extra sauces, twice, and she brought them literally at the same time as our check...after wewere finished eating. It's been years since we've been to a Hooters and we probably won't go back to one again. The food wasat least hot when it came out, which is the only reason for the 2 stars and not 1. Read more
