Just went into Moe's. Chicken was very cold. The floors and tables were very dirty and the trash cans were overflowing with... trash. Gross. I'll just completely stay with California burrito who has an always clean restaurant and always good food. Read more

Food was good as usual. My issue was the cleanliness of the facilty. The female restroom has water, paper towels and toilet... paper on half the floor. The toilet seat & rim had dried fecal matter stuck too it. In the lobby area, the condiment area wascovered in dried salsa, spills and used products. One the large lid containers had refuge piled on the lids. The drink area wassplattered with liquids. There were other items with sanitary issues, I just wanted customer warned of the visibly disgustingconditions. Most Moe's that we have been to previously were very clean, just not this one. My wife and I have eaten here a handful of times and the customer service was to be expected. Not bad not good. Which is fine... but the last time my wife tried to order food over the phone she was directed to use the app. Then we she tried to use the appshe couldn't put our order in. I highly suspect because we were ordering around 8:15m. 45 minutes to closing time the app wasturned off the employees didnt want to do any work. I then called multiple times and the first time it immediately hung upsuggesting an employee was hitting the disconnect button. All the other times it rang for an extrnding time after pressingoption 2 and then hung up. I live 5 minutes away and I drove up there while calling. It hung up multiple times. So I went in thestore and called again. It rings and I see a 2 black female lounging. One over a chair on what looked like the storr phone.There was one oriental worker actually working, sweeping and wiping tables. The one hispanic guy standing around the frontwhere you order was just standing until I approached him. I asked him who the manager was to which he exclaimed I am. Iexplained about my wife calling and being directed to use the app which wasn't working. He didn't have anything to say. I thenasked him if he was the owner if he would like his employees shooing away customers. Again no response. So then I asked why noone would pick up the phone because I called 6 times. He said they were probably busy to I responded that isn't true. I havebeen calling for 10 minutes. I even called when I walked in the door so that wasn't true. I then asked who owns this franchiseand he said I'm new here. If this guy is the manager he should be fired. Employees standing around except the one girl workingeven though they are being paid. They would all be fired if I owned the place. For whoever is thr owner or reads this post. Askyour employees why they are stealing company time. Love moes. They have diffrent specials everyday. Monday is burritos 6.49. Very good deal but go for an burrito on a tuesday... it's 8.99. No drink included. See what I mean. Read more

It?s a Moe?s. I really enjoy the greeting I get at the door when I come into this place. They also give you a little bit of the... advice about what they believe wake me to dark meat should go on your chicken burrito. And if you order something off the oldmenu like the Joey bag of donuts or the Joey Junior, they still know how to make it for you. The place is super clean. It?scool. Read more

This was my first time visiting Moe's so I wasn't completely sure of how the process worked. I entered the establishment and was... Instantly greeted by a big green menu board. As I pondered what I wanted none of the employees greeted me or asked me if theycould be of any assistance. I finally decided to go with the steak bowl. I approached the employee and told him that I wouldlike the steak bowl. He wasn't very helpful to how the process worked. I would of liked him to maybe explain how it works whatmight cost extra or something but he was just like blah. As I make my way down the line I just felt out of place it's kinda likethe employees expect you to be a regular so no one offers helpful information to new customers. I did enjoy the food really nocomplaints in that department. I do believe they could use a little more customer service experience in this establishment. Butas for the food it was delicious. Typical quality service, friendly staff, generous portions and good ingredients. The bathrooms were well kept up and there were... plenty of tables for everyone to sit at. This location also had some agua frescas to try and we really enjoyed the mango limeone. Read more
