Food was decent, service was horrible. They didn't have the kids meal that we ordered which was fine but then charged me for the... meal. I didn't realize it until I was home. I called back trying to explain the situation. The woman I spoke with was rude, saidthey didn't do it but looked up my ticket by the amount spent on my receipt. She said I should have gotten a 2nd receipt for thedifference. I explained I was confused, they only charged my card once after they knew the didn't have the kids meal. So whywould I have 2 receipts? This was my first time here, I ordered the grilled chicken wedge and the chips and queso. It was very clean on the inside and... staff was extremely polite. As for the food, it was excellent and came with big portions, and the queso was great. Definitelyworth the price point. The only thing I can say that would have made the food even better would be if they made their own ranchdressing for the wedge instead of the pre-packaged dressing, restaurant ranch is always better. Well what can I say?.this is a fairly new fast food place and we gave it a try. It is not for me. The slaw on hot dogs is way... to creamy for my taste. I ordered nachos and they weren?t my ?cup o tea?. Husband got chili slaw dog. I couldn?t sample dueto the slaw. The restaurant is very clean since it is new. They staff was friendly and helpful.
