I ordered a supreme pizza but was delivered three bowls of wings?! The lady which the wings belonged to paid 54 dollars for them... and I know she was unhappy that she didn?t receive them. I called the store back and was told they closed early due to shortstaff all of of sudden! Had to drive way to graham to get my pizza. This was very inconvenient and unprofessional. I amdisappointed! My wife ordered a large veggie stuff crust with extra cheese, got home and noticed it was a ham pizza. Unfortunately for us we... do not eat meat. Very disappointed and hungry. Hopefully the management can resolve this issue in the morning as they are nowclosed. Read more
I ordered online and was alerted my pizza was on the way and would be delivered at 7:28 p.m. at 7:40 no pizza, called the store... and was told it was an error driver should be there soon to call back if my pizza wasn't delivered in the next 15 minutes. Pizzawas delivered at 8:00pm and was cold. I was not satisfied with the app giving false information and I did not like eating coldpizza that I paid $41.00 for. Read more
The only reason 1 star is because the food was as expected. The overall service was poor and that is putting it kindly. Staff is... rude and not helpful to customers nor each other when in a bind. The inside is nasty. The floor is sticky and not clean.Overall, this establishment is not welcoming. I met the 'new' manager one day and was assured things would change for thebetter. After 2 more times of the same we stopped going for over 2 months and terminated our weekly pizza night. We decided togive it a try again and am not sure we will go back. If you want rude service and unclean environment, go here. Otherwise,Dominos, Papa Johns, and other pizza establishments are with half a mile. Read more
This place used to be good. I ordered a pizza for my husband and I. The pizza and bread sticks were burned and the sauce tasted... like it came straight out of the can. On the pizza, there was more sauce than cheese and pepperoni. Disgusting! To top it alloff, my husband and i vomited around 5 mins after consuming only a few slices of the pizza. Absolutely repulsive. We tried tofight through the taste but we just couldn?t do it. Unfortunately, Little Caesars has this place beat. Read more
Ordered pizza under my husband's name and we were pleasantly surprised we ordered at 7:33 and received our pizza dinner box at... 7:55, which is quick for a Friday night and the pizza was hot. The food tasted delicious ???? and we really enjoyed our dinner.Kudos to you pizza hut we will probably be ordering from you more often. Read more
