I ordered a pizza at 6:21pm. At the time, it said that it would be delivered in 45-55 minutes. When I placed the order, they... said 66-76 minutes...... okay..... well, according to the tracker it should have been here about half an hour ago. We are goingon about 114 minutes. I've been on hold for about 25 minutes. Hope the driver is okay!!! Finally got in touch with a manager whois not on site. Last night we order our pizza @7:22pm gave us a time of 1 hour and they did not arrive until 9pm .. They usually not like this... when I ask to speak with manger she states her manger was busy. She even hung up the phone. I never had a problem with pizza hutperiod. My Pizza was not as good as usual,they told me my pizza would still be hot No it was warm. I spent over $30 on food thatwas not worth paying for. Having a hungry family was not a good thing. Read more
