Been quite a while since I've been to Red Lobster. My buddy loves the Endless Shrimp so here we are. The shrimp was pretty... good. We both ate a belly full. The star of the show was still the cheddar biscuits...lol And the service. Our waiter, Justinwas great. Even with a sprained ankle, and obviously short staffed restaurant, he managed to give top notch service with asmile. Too bad that cant clone him ten times over. Read more

This was my favorite location, but not anymore. Food is good but I went for my birthday and they were short staffed and I was... rushed through. Not even a Happy Birthday. When I called to speak to a manager, someone posing as a manager came and spoke tome and lied thru the call. Called to speak to the General Manage later, she played games with the call. Hung up on me and keptpicking up the call and putting it back on hold. She argued through the call? No good? Then did not want to honor the commitmenther employee Elizabeth promised to replace my meal. I got tired of her arguing and saying I don't see your transaction, eventhough I gave her the date and time. So the food is very good but customer service needs work. Update most recent order: ??the most recent order was absolutely horrible! The food was very bland and cold. It’s like they... just threw the food in the microwave to cook it versus on a stove and adding at least some seasoning.I order the family Shrimplinguine and the meal with shrimp oysters scallops and linguine noodles. ???? ??????????Today was the first time I tried theBrussel sprouts, and Lordy!!!!! They were soooo darn good!!!! This order was for my toddler and myself, everything was sooogood! Type in Sheneil Báez on Amazon and order my books! The experience was phenomenal!!! ????????We had the best server who took such good care of us even though we were a group of 9!... Thank you AJ for making it such a great experience!! The food was hot and delicious! The biscuits were flaky and cheesygoodness!!! Our beverages did not run dry! One Wednesday special of steak and lobster , one endless shrimp and an awesome waitress makes a perfect meal!! Everything was... hot and fresh. Elizabeth was the best waitress.
