It had been a while since we had been and was really looking forward to a great experience. Unfortunately, that was not what... we had. Every person we encountered was clearly not happy to be working there. One member of our group ordered a chicken entreeand it was tough and rubbery. We had long waits between being checked on since our waitress was also tending bar. We finallygot her attention to ask for 3 knives and she brought 2. On the positive the burgers were good but one of our group ran out ofbottomless fries and was never offered a refill (back to long wait between being checked on). We just gave up. The food was tastey, and served quickly, yet, I was disappointed in the avocado in my salad. I ordered the Avo Cobb salad and... you can see in the picture that it was three small, rubbery slices of the unripe topping. The chicken on the salad was amazing!The burgers were cooked to order and can't be beat! However, the atmosphere has changed since the last time we were at thislocation .... The burger was above average for what I?ve had around Alamance, and the fries were actually pretty darn good with the seasoning.... I don?t know if it?s some secret recipe they use for the seasoning but it was pleasantly flavourful. Above all the texture ofthe burger was impeccable; however, the onions I asked for, on the burger, tasted strange and had an out-of-place attitude. Thatwas my fault for asking for onions, of course. The staff was polite and I enjoyed the stay. P.S. I recommend dragging a coat orsweatshirt, as I was freezing in a T-Shirt. Read more

Friendly, efficient staff; great, convenient location; easy access; and pleasant dining area, easily able to accommodate small... or large groups. The fare is fairly simple, but well assembled and downright yummy! Highly recommended for families and anyonewho loves a great burger. The relish on the gourmet cheeseburger reminds me of mom's! Went to the Burlington location, it was 5 of us on the weekend and they were able to seat us immediately, which was surprising... because it was about 7 on a Friday night which is when people like to go out to eat. We went last night (2/4/22) for the first time and we were blown away!! We were seated immediately, our server was great, our... food came out super fast, and was absolutely delicious!
