For an establishment that charge people so much money for their food you will think the environment will be CLEAN both bathrooms... leaking water with toilet paper all over ,eating Lobby full with napkins all over the tables and floors. Also just a heads upyou guys need to work on the drive-thru it is so unfair for your customers to be sitting in line for 20 minutes or more for oneor two items. Read more
The service at this location was terrible. My wife and I stopped by for a dark coffee and Pumpkin spice latte. The coffee was... the featured drink of the day. They did not have any and needed to do a pour over. After waiting 15 minutes for the coffee Itold cashier I was still waiting for the coffee. They had started the pour over and forgot to finish it. When I finallyreceived it , the drink was cold. I threw half of it away. The PSL was cold and very little whip crème. We asked that it beredone. It was not any better. We have been going to Starbucks for a very long time. We know you can do better. Verydisappointing?. I will not be returning to this location. Approximately 5:25pm on a Thursday. Read more
My go-to cafe every morning before work! The baristas are super friendly & craft every beverage with perfection. All team... members have been absolutely wonderful in accommodating double customer capacity while their neighboring store (Elon) is underrenovation. Thank you for being awesome! Read more

Coming here is consistently a terrible customer service experience. You can expect to wait at the drivethru for over 30 minutes... because the staff doesn't move with any urgency. Once at the drive thru window, your drink will be done and you have to wait forstaff to finish yapping to hand it to you. Again, this has been on several occasions and its always like this. Not generally a fan of their coffee, over roasted beans and overpriced coffee... But, today I tried one of their 'refresher'... drinks and a 'pupacinco' for my puppy... I'm impressed with how flavorful the 'refresher' drinks are and the freebie for my pupwas a nice touch. Read more
The service I received today at this establishment was horrible! It takes 30 mins to wait for a drink inside or a pastry, with... no line outside or inside. Only one barista made drinks while the other ten employees walked around talking and playing.LITERALLY talking to outside people who came in to either hand them headphones and having more communication and interactionwith those they know as friends. My drink was made wrong and I was looked at like I was stupid and then they looked away likewho cares. The Starbucks on University is so much better with superb service. I will NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. This is theworst experience I have ever had. PLEASE NOTE I HAD TO CHOOSE THIS ONE STAR - they don?t even deserve that. Read more
Coming from a former Starbucks partner, this store is fully staffed. It?s not busy. And my friend and I waited in person in the... store for 30 minutes for our drinks while they prioritized the drive through and mobile orders over ours. When I questioned her,she ?just hadn't gotten to it yet, and the drinks she just set down were ordered at the same time as ours.? And I repeated toher, ?so 25-30 minute ticket times is standard for this store?? And she said ?we just haven?t gotten to it yet.? Starbucks usedto be a stress free place where you?d wait around 3-5 minutes for your order. Don?t bother coming to this store. After all thattime, the drinks weren?t even made correctly. Read more
