One star because you can?t put zero! I was going here everyday spent lots of money had my drink made wrong got argued with had... customer service come talk to me like I was a child in front of everyone! Not to mention the manager of Starbucks talks badabout her customers to the employees and bad about the employees to the customer not a good place at all! The location inside Harris Teeter is hands down the BEST. Tracey and all the staff are so personable and the line is NEVER long.... They are fast to get orders out in the morning before work which I appreciate; they also get my order right EVERYTIME. I cannotappreciate all of them enough!! Read more

Hate it Because of the CEO of them said that they will not send their coffee products to Camp Leather Neck. Because they dont... support the war or Our Marines Fighting for Our Freedom. The Marine's were willing to pay all. Costs for the Coffee and otherproducts. But were sent a letter saying that Starbucks wont sell it to them or send any Starbucks products to a war torncountry. Drive thru takes a little longer than most other Starbucks. Need to have staff that concentrate on inside and drive thru.... However, quality and service is there. Read more
