Not the best subway. I think from now on I will travel further to get better food. This place is chaos and not clean. Placed a... order on the APP. Was suppose to be ready at 1:50 I got there at 2:00 and it still wasn?t done. I told him it was fine and Ishopped for 30 minutes. Got back and it still wasn?t ready. The guy was having to do it all by himself. There was a lady inthe back. Not sure what she was doing but I didn?t get my (3) subs until like 2:50. She ended up leaving him by himself bout 15mins before he finished. He wasn?t the nicest, but I prolly wouldn?t be either if I were doing the pickup & walk-in orders allby myself. The subs were missing toppings and some where the wrong bread. Also the olives taste? odd. This place hasdefinitely went downhill & I won?t be back. Not the best experience I've had. I'm currently moving so instead of cooking I figured I'd get a sub from Subway as I had... received a coupon sheet in the mail so it would work out pretty well. Not so much. I went up to begin ordering. The womanthat assisted me asked what I would like so I said a footlong and showed her my coupon for a 7.99 footlong with chips and smallfountain drink and she said today was the last day for the coupon implying I would not be able to use it. I checked my couponto verify the expiration date and it's 08/20/22. Once that was made clear she proceeded to make my sandwich and as she grabbedthe mustard it slipped out of her hands a couple of times probably from oil and she stated that the previous workers had notcleaned the dressing bottles. She did not change her gloves or wipe them off before continuing to slice my food. Then when Ihanded her my coupon she told me I could not use it on my order as they did not have fountain drinks that I could get a Gatoradeor some tea instead. I asked if that would still work with my coupon and she told me no it wouldn't with a slight tone...thenoffered a discount on my sandwich. Disappointed but hungry and ready to just go home I said ok. I'm only giving 2 starsbecause my sandwich was refreshing after a hot day of packing and moving but I'm glad I will be near a different Subway. I workin retail and I understand the inner workings and shortage issues currently and I believe this could have been handleddifferently. Read more

Very disappointed! Took advantage of the special that was only available for an online order. Big mistake and I will not use... online ordering ever again. My subs were awful. I asked for provolone cheese...none added. I asked for extra sauce on themeatballs...none added. The meatballs are so small it's not even funny. Read more

I waited in line and watched as they stopped assisting customers mid-sandwich to take care of customers who had ordered using... the app! I don't think one customer's sandwich should be left out in the open cooling, while another's is started and completedbefore returning to finish the one that is probably now cold! How rude! Service is horrible. Everytime I've been to this location my online order gets messed up in some form of way. First experience... order was received but didn't go through for some reason. Second my order went through I sat st Jones tracked order pickup wasfor 940pm. When I arrived she tells me she didn't start my order due to the system saying 540 but clearly my email says 940 justfreaking ridiculous. So I have to wait another 10 min for my food to be made. Getting skimpy on meats. Ordered double meat.. and got hardly any. Spoke with the owner and he states this is double meat. Save... your money and go elsewhere. $10 for this sub could have gotten more at other sub chains. Read more
