Texas Roadhouse use to be one of my all time fave restaurants. My husband and I have been here numerous times. Most times the... food is over cooked and typically we just eat it. This time. There was a baby screaming for over 20 minutes, we waited forsomeone to come back around to ask us how the food was and we both said it was overcooked . She went and got the manager. Tookover 10 minutes for her to arrive. It has been 20 minutes since the manager stopped by and we just asked for the check minus themeals (we didn’t eat them). They also leave pitchers of the refill water and ice tea on the ledge that everyone walks down andup. And they don’t have lids. And the ice tea gets water downed from just sitting there. So I’ve learned don’t order icetea or water. We won’t be back. Read more
The customer service at the bar, from the bartender was great. The food was fulfilling, hot and fresh. This location is always... busy no matter what time, but the staff provides good customer service everytime. Read more

They were busy per usual. The food normally comes out correct but my mom's plate came out messed up. Service at this location is... hit or miss. I tried the herb crusted chicken it was okay a little dry and a little overdone. Read more
I recently brought my large family here for a late dinner. The staff were very accommodating and extremely nice. The food took a... little bit to come out but when it did, it was very good. Everyone had a great time and left with some good memories thanks tothis place. We will be back! Read more

Every time I’ve dined here it’s been a great experience. Most of the staff I’ve encountered are fantastic. There was one... who, in fact, did NOT “love her job” as her T-shirt indicated. But the food has always been delicious and once when I had anissue with my food, there wasn’t an issue with getting it corrected. Highly recommend! Read more
