We have been coming to TMR for years. The customer service here is probably one of the best if not the best in the service... industry. Karley is the main one we see the most, and she is wonderful. She is very helpful with the menu if you have anyquestions and will go out of her way to make sure you get to order the food that you want and will make sure to make it right inthe process. In my opinion, they have the best Chicken Wings in Alamance County. The different varities of sauces make them evenbetter. All of their sides are fantastic and even the banana pudding for dessert is a great way to end the meal. I must say, the reviews brought me to this BBQ resturant to try. I was terribly disappointed after riding my Harley from... Virginia to Burlington as I normally do for BBQ quarterly, usually get my Que at Hursey's. I knew something was not right when Iwalked in and there were no customers dining or in-line. Also, there was no smoke smell or stacks of wood to be found. Theyoung blonde girl (high schooler)/cashier was the highlight of the visit, such a sweet and attentative young lady with awesomecustomer service skills. Represents TMR very well! Once I received the food, bagged up perfectly with all my requests such asplate, salt, pepper, etc, off I headed to the hotel. I ordered a large rib dinner (baked beans were delicious), pork sandwich,and cobbler. The ribs and pork dinners had absolutely "zero taste" besides the BBQ sauce. It was like cooking in the over withno seasoning and surely no wood/smoke. This simply tasted like an oven bake. I ate two bones then on my phone with DoorDash toorder a burger and fries to get me through the night. I will not visit TMR again and must say, the place was very clean,organized, and friendly staff. OK...let me start with the only reason Im giving this place 2 stars is because the customer service was excellent. The young... ladies taking our order were very friendly and made sure we were good once we got our food. I got the chicken nachos and it wasalright, the queso cheese was the best part of this meal. The wings are good only if you take them home and finish cooking them.The wings were tough, not easy to pull off the bone, and lacked favor. EXCELLENT Barbecue and that speaks volumms since I'm from Texas! My great, big pulled pork sandwich and was really tender and... juicy and the bun was fresh. The coleslaw was sweet and crisp.
