I always get take out because I'm scared to dine-in at a just about any Waffle House lol (out of sight, out of mind). However,... just based on my orders it's always a hit or miss. Sometimes my order is perfect across the board and other times there issomething missing, it's not cooked as requested, or taste is not good enough to pay for and I've just wasted money. Read more

Of the 3 Waffle House restaurants in Burlington, I judge this to be the worst. There was one other table occupied when I... arrived, yet I waited a full 5 minutes to place my order. The staff was clearly bored, and less than friendly. I observed oneyoung lady rearrange her hair on the food prep area (she did wash her hands after). My server left before I was finished, andnever said a word to me on her way out. I'll not return to this Waffle House. Read more
Our first impression was excellent. There was a very friendly gentleman who held the door as we entered and greeted us with a... smile and kind words. It went downhill from there. Our waitress took several minutes to greet us and none of the other serversacknowledged us either. Once she did arrive to take our order she was friendly but was seen taking her phone out of her pocketto check it before bringing the items we asked for. The biggest complaint I have is the way our food was cooked. Our eggs wereterribly overcooked and hashbrowns undercooked when I asked for them to be crispy. Dined on 9/24/22 at 11:30pm. Worst experience ever at Waffle House. The waitress was rude, not helpful, and down right nasty.... The waitress was talking bad about customers ?under her breathe? but was so loud you could hear it. Left over 20% tip thinkingmaybe she had a rough day, and still kept talking trash. She should definitely be fired. Dirty tables, poor service, and overallbad late night diner experience. The cook tried to make it at least bearable service and did a nice job of cooking. ?Good FoodFast? seems lacking at this location and with its personnel. I have dined here multiple times and nothing blows your socks offhere, but jeez at least be a decent human being. Read more

This restaurant has been recently rebuilt. We visited on December 1, 2018. The store was very clean and even though the dining... area is a little smaller now, it still has ample space and my service animal and I were able to comfortably move around and getseated out of the way of other patrons. The staff was very friendly, and attentive. Our waitress checked back with us often tomake sure we had what we needed. The coffee was very good. I had a waffle, two eggs over well and sausage. It was a splendidmeal to start off our day of errands. I also want to add that the staff seemed to be familiar with service animal rules. After acustomer complained about "having to eat in a barn", the associate he spoke to told him plainly that my animal was a serviceanimal and was allowed inside with me. We will visit again soon! they were nicest people!!! Dayvun was the 1 to serve my to go order & was super eloquent!! I'm from out of town & have not found... customer service like this in a long while...and I looove waffle house all over the nation!!! I hope I swing by when I driveback to Atlanta! Read more
