By far the best Burger King I've ever been to in terms of food. Yes... All Burger Kings have the same food but this one cooks... and prepares your meal properly. No items sitting there waiting for hours and then served to you. Items are made upon order...This may take a bit longer but I find it's definitely worth it. I hate getting cold burgers served to me at the drive through. This place has been consistently good. Thanks for the effort. It's fast food... But it doesn't have to be terrible. Ripped off in the drive through when they didn?t have an item, then overcharged me and basically had to beg for either a refund... or an item to makeup for what they overcharged me for. Burger literally had two topics and they still managed to make a mistakeon it. Read more
This Burger King has been here since I was a child in the 90?s and it was once a half decent place to get in and get out for a... quick meal. This can?t even be considered a fast food restaurant as each passing year the quality and especially the time ittakes to just get food increases tenfold. If there is a line of customers they need to serve them. This wasn?t a lunch rush sonot sure what was going on here. Possibly issues with upper management. I haven?t written a review in time and this made me havethat urge lol. Very mediocre food that?s not considered affordable in this day and age anymore, horrendous wait times. Brutalplace, avoid at all costs. I came back to edit this and add something? I get my food to dine in and the tray I was given wasnot washed it was soaked with some sticky substance on the bottom of it, the top of the tray is filled with gunk and salt. Whatis even going on at this place? 5 minutes after eating my food I feel like I gotta run to the toilet to unleash a stink bomb butthen I notice their toilets are some how worse than their service and food! If I could give this place no stars you better betyour bippy I?d be doing it. ATROCIOUS restaurant. I?d say the worst restaurant in upper Burlington if not all ofBurlington. Absolute garbage experience. They don't acknowledge your presence when you walk in despite the place being EMPTY. They answer... questions with so much attitude as if they hate their lives. It's only 11am and these ladies in the store hate their lives andmake me hate mine in the morning. Definitely not what I want to see on a Thursday morning for lunch. And ofc their sandwichesare really bad, but that's not their fault it's burger king burgers in general which I did not know was that bad???? Read more
So i go here today to get my kids some lunch . It shows on the drive thru menu that a chicken nugget kids meal is $1.99 . I pull... up and pay but then looking at the receipt it showed i got charge $4.99 . So i go in and ask why and the manger was super rudeand refused to give me a refund because the price was right inside the store.... well i did not go inside to order i wentthrough the drive thur and that was the price. I came here for a quick bite after my Costco run. Big mistake. Even though I ordered ahead on their app and there were only 2... cars ahead of me in their drive through, it seems like it?s taking forever. I?m writing this while waiting in line. That?s justhow slow they are. Maybe they?re short staffed today but this is really bad. Sorry it took me so long to get around to this but the staff that was working between 7pm-8pm on November 12th deserve... medals. An absolute human piece of garbage was refusing to leave the drive-thru line because they wanted a refund...without areceipt...from the previous day. The staff all walked out to each car waiting behind this waste of space, and explained thesituation and requested we all come inside to order. The entire staff handled the situation very professionally. To the pieceof trash that caused this situation...how pathetic do you have to be to ask for a refund from a fast food restaurant??? You mostlikely wasted more money on gas sitting there idling. Read more
