I've come to this establishment a few times and what makes me the most ticked off is that when you drive to the window, NO ONE... SPEAKS TO YOU. They just push the interact machine out the window in your face and hand your food to you with ZEROacknowledgment. Is it a cultural thing that the Indians that work here don't use common curtisey and say HI or BYE at minimal???I'm confused because I was raised to be respectful and acknowledge people when I have someone in front of me. You?re hungry. You don?t feel like cooking. Maybe you need to finish your meal quickly because you?ve got a tight schedule to... keep. This location is for you guys, they have a lot better deals from McDonald and also offer fast service then other Fast foodrestaurant. Read more

I love the fake 5 star reviews on here , this location over charger?s and never give u a receipt unless u ask. the staff are on... there phones , rude staff and food quality is so bad,cold food,rotten veggies. I came to this Burger King location for a quick bite before returning to Guelph. The drive thru was fast. We placed our order... and parked to have our meal at the parking in front of the store. I ordered the new pretzel bacon king and it was awesome. Mywife ordered the traditional whopper and some nuggets with fries for my son. Thanks God that we didn't leave right away. Afterwe eat our meal, we found out that our apple turn overs were missing. I went again through the drive thru amd the person at thewindow didn't seems to care, but he gave me the apple turn overs. Unfortunately for me, we left right away. When on thehighway, we realized that he have us the blueberry instead of apple!. Please check your order before you leave! Read more

What a Shitshow going on here. Had to wait almost 5 minutes with staff looking at me before they took my order. During that time... a staff member was giving her coworkers the middle finger and laughing while customers looked on. Finally as the 3 ladiesdecided who would take the order, I ordered a simple combo. She took the order and then bagged the wrong meal in it. SHELITERALLY JUST TOOK THE ORDER!! How hard is it?? Leaky roof above the till that is terrible looking for a newly renovatedbuilding. Get new staff/management or owners who care. I was happy you opened, not so sure now. Read more
Honestly for the most part burger King has been mid, nothing special. But this location, idk, something about how they cook it... or they're just actually good at making burgers (I know it's usually teens working, but still, it's a burger, how do you messthat up).
