This place has really gone downhill since opening. My experience last night... The guy at the drive thru can't speak or... understand English at all, I had to go over my simple order (1 impossible whopper with extra tomatoes and cheese meal and 1whopper meal) several times and he still didn't understand. Had to wait 15 minutes and when we got home, no cheese or extratomatoes. I was of course charged for them though. Our meal was cold and wrong. This location is by far the worse location I?ve ever ordered from. 3259 Appleby Line showcases the worse customer service... imaginable. Yesterday I ordered through the app due to being told the app had free delivery, the order went smoothly it statedthe order would be there in 50 minutes. After 1.5 hours my order never showed up, I called the location spoke to a gentlemen hiswords were I have no order for delivery. I asked him how is that possible, he ends up hanging up the phone. I then called again3 times no response, eventually a woman answers asks me what I needed I told her then she goes to her co-workers speaks in adifferent language and never comes back on the line. I can hear them talking and saying my name but doesn?t have the decency tocome back on the line and hear me out. I kept calling and calling, no response. I eventually used a different number to call,they answer after 2 rings. The lady responding was super rude the minute she answered because she knew this was so wrong andthey knew they were up to funny business. She ends up yelling at me because I asked her why I couldn?t get my order and if Ican?t then I need a refund. She told me for my refund I need to drive 30 minutes to the store to get my refund or contactcustomer service. I asked for customer service number, she specified she does not know it, I have to google it myself. So ,despite me ordering delivery and not getting my food she did not care. It not like I ordered $10 worth of food it was $50 worthincluding a tip for the driver. After specifying she can?t do my refund, she quickly then hangs up on me. So this wholeexperience made me frantic I called customer service and they did their job. At least they presented me with good service andoffered me my refund. All I can say is this location has the worse customer service and these employees need to be fired ortaught what good customer service is. Employees like this is why businesses decline. Service was poor. Cashier wasn?t paying attention, had to keep repeating ourselves, and when the food was on the tray we were... still missing something and had to go back to cash register and pay for it because she had missed it. The food itself wasLuke-warm. There was no one ahead of us, no one behind us and no reason for it not to be fresh. But it all tasted like it hadbeen sitting out for a while. Read more

This place is DIRTY! Someone spilled drink on the floor, but nobody cleaned it, so the drink just dried on the floor. It made... the whole floor so sticky that your shoes will stick on it when you walk on it. Every table was covered with food crumbs, salt,marks of drinks and catchup. If you want to use the table, you need to clean it yourself. I just hope their kitchen is not asdirty. Read more

At 9.00 pm they had ran out of gravy to make poutine. The staff was preoccupied in their own conversation rather than providing... customer service. I will never return to this location. The staff had total disregard for costumer service. The food wasdisgusting and stale. Don't go there. Read more

The food is as good as it gets for a Burger King. I got the classic whopper and it had a great taste. The onion rings were fresh... from the fryer. It looks like the drive-thru mostly gets busy, so it might be worthwhile to walk in. Read more

Appleby BurgerKing you guys are awesome. Order through SkipTheDishes on March 11.2022@11:30am. Ask to have my food and... co-workers meals be package individually. The only place that follows instructions. Got my meals here quicker than anticipated.Thanks for a great lunch service. Read more

Well run branch! We always do drive thru (which is always fast) but did dine in today. Very pleased with the service. We ordered... via the app but the manager made sure they don?t get working on the order until we were in the restaurant. Very pleased with thefresh food and service. The restaurant is very clean too!
