Beautiful establishment. Convenient parking and location. We had the calamari which was bland and the sauces underneath it were... also bland. However the braised short rib pasta and fungi pizza was really good. Our server was prompt and very friendly butmissed a couple of things - our takeout order that we waited a while for before we realized she missed it. It came super fastafter she ordered it. I’ve heard good things about this restaurant so I decided to try it out. The food was delicious and the place had a great... vibe. For pasta we had Cacio e Pepe and Mafaldine al Ragü di Coste Corte, both were extremely delicious and cooked perfectly aldente. The pizzas are an absolute must. We ordered the Soppresatta (the hot honey was a great addition) and La Cima (themascarpone was a very nice twist for a white pizza). The food here will impress anyone you bring. Went to this location for lunch with the boyfriend today, service was great, atmosphere was gorgeous and classy. I ordered a... cesar salad & spaghetti with tomato sauce, and he ordered calamari and pasta The cesar salad was the best cesar salad I’veever had in my life, so original and unique, more of a spices and oil type of cesar dressing, the texture of the leaves theyused were immaculate, he loved the calamari, so soft and the batter was a light crisp bite The pasta was amazing, no chunks andso creamy, the only thing I wish was it was HOT ( It may have been sitting on the hotplate for a couple of minutes before beingserved, which is fine but I wish it was hotter. The best dine in experience! The food was amazing and the atmosphere was perfect. Even just watching the staff work was... incredible. Everyone seemed happy to be there, no one stood around doing nothing, the kitchen appeared to be operating soefficiently and not chaotic. Servers supported one another with their tables.
