I would give this negative 5 stars if I can. Tried this place out since it was their 25th anniversary and got a pearl tea which... was their special. The cashier didn't give us our receipt and did not even tell us what was going on. They were out of straws. The place was a mess, not to mention the condition of the washroom. We went here for the first time for their anniversary and got a pearl tea which was their special and both of us got diahorea.... The tea wasn't great to begin with and was stuffed with ice as a filler. They didn't accept credit/debit and only accepted cash today on 9/30 for the special promotion $2.50 for a medium peril milk... tea. One of the best Bubble tea places in Burlington. Great selection and okay pricing. They are consistent and as fast as humanly... possible especially when we order ahead. I go for quite a lot of bubble tea during the summer and this place is rletty nice. Doesn't overwhelm you with options but has a... decent selection. However twice I have been to one now with an item I wanted being sold out. Prices are average and place isnice and clean. edit to their response: I've been waiting to hear back from the 'store manager' for 4 weeks - this is a dismissive response. See... photos of the gross, clumpy boba + filmy drinks. Changing my 4 star review to a 1 star. I've had undercooked boba and sourdrinks the past 3 visits (I've been here probably 50 times in the past few months, this was an abnormality). I submitted a formon the site in the end of August just inquiring on why the quality has gone done and didn't receive a response. I dm'd Coco onInstagram on September 12th and I keep being told that they need to wait to hear back from a manager - they even confirmed basedon the photos sent that the drinks were made incorrectly...but can't do anything without a manager confirming. it's been 2 and ahalf weeks waiting for a manager to confirm and now they're no longer answering me. All I want is to be reimbursed for thedrinks I've had to throw out. 0/10 for customer service.
