I had the chicken sandwich with medium hot sauce. The sandwich was so good that I went back two days later for another one of... the same and it was just as good as the first. Drove past here, saw the sign, parked the car and came back. What a great place! Ordered the corned beef sandwich with a... pickle. The sandwich was delicious and the pickle was just as tasty. The gentleman who was working was friendly. I'll be backagain to try a different sandwich, possibly the smoked meat. Burlington is lucky to have this great restaurant. Read more
My wife's boss introduced me to this gem and I can't thank her enough!! She ordered me the Sate Beef and now its my goto... sandwich...with extra mayo lol. The flavor in this sandwich is out of this world!! The beef is perfectly seasoned sweet tangywith a little kick and the veggies add a nice crisp plus the bread just brings it all together to make hands down one of myfavorite sandwiches. If your in the area please do yourself a favor and stop in the food here is amazing. I can't wait to tryeverything on their menu!!! Read more
Besides corned beef, which this place is known for (but we didn't try this time), Corn Beef Hut has an impressive array of Banh... Mi (Vietnamese sandwiches) at a very reasonable price. We tried the Original, Kalbi and 5 Spice Pork Belly Banh Mi. All of themwere absolutely delectable and had their own special seasoning and unique flavour profile. The spicy option for each includedthinly sliced jalapeños, which were a nice kick. We ordered the poutine and were pleasantly surprised with how good the doublefried fries were with squeaky Quebec cheese. Since this was a takeaway order, the staff even put the gravy on the side in aseparate container, which kept the fries from getting soggy. Would highly recommend this quaint place in Burlington that youmight miss seeing if you walk too quickly when passing by. Read more
Excellent place! Sandwiches do not disappoint. We ordered the Pork Belly and the Satay Beef ones and they were just... scrumptious! Flavours were bursting and the bun was crisply and light and so fresh!!! Prices were also very reasonable. Wellworth the money! Read more
I thoroughly enjoyed the Classic Combo. I chose a medium Montreal Smoked Meat Sandwich and it was very reminiscent of something... you'd get on St. Laurent Street. The meal was reasonably priced as well. The only very slight letdown was the fries which weregood but not great... but I was there for the sandwich and it exceeded expectations. I'll be back! Wasn?t that impressed at all. Charged me for a pickle with the sandwich? Isn?t that kinda assumed that a pickle comes with a... corn beef sandwich? Also thought it was pricy, for $16 bucks i could have gone up the street and gotten a burrito. Read more
