Ordered a berry smoothie. Service started super slow. Watched the woman take 10 minutes to make a salad for the customer in... front of me. The chicken she steamed/microwaved was so hot it looked like it was just about to disintegrate into molecules inthe air. Finally took my order. To my surprise the smoothie contained only half a banana, approx. 20 mls of oasis orange juice,5 small strawberries, and a dark blue syrup…no fresh blueberries in sight!!! Upon handing me the smoothie I asked “therearen’t any blueberries in there?!” Her response “no it’s a blueberry topping that goes in there” how misleading!!! Noexplanation, no attempt to outline the health benefits and certainly the word “topping” does not suggest healthy and aboveelse false advertising. Don’t bother with this location…poor service and product knowledge. Almost forgot, the counter hadan empty container of something sideways, crumbs everywhere…list goes on. I typically go to Freshii about once a week and so far this location is the absolute worst! Customer service was bad, missing... ingredients in the bowl and when I asked how come they are charging money for extra sauce they said "we'll see what we can do",and then went ahead and put half the amount of sauce they typically add to their bowls. I went back and paid for the extra saucewhich was not an issue. They should learn how to treat customers, I have no problem paying for the added sauce just don't go andmiss ingredients from the meal and then serve half the amount out of spite! I would recommend going to any other location. Read more
It was edible but very bland and overpriced for the portion size. It lacked innovation, I won't be a return customer.
