15 minutes to get acknowledged by the waitress and 27 minutes to get our initial drinks. After 40 minutes we asked for bread... which we waited 20 minutes for. It never came so we left. Over half the tables were empty and there was more than one server. Itook my 10 year old out for a little daddy/daughter time and at least we got that so it wasn't a total loss. The Wendy's nextstore was tremendous. Read the other reviews carefully folks. They are clearly fake, especially the newer positiveones. Update: Amazing how after every negative review a "fake" review pops up somehow countering the problem. Thank you foracknowledging my earlier observations about carefully reading the reviews. Quality and service has significantly gone down in last 2 visits. I ordered chicken shawarma wrap which was completely dry... without onion, tomatoes or any sauce or hummus. Tables were dirty and had to request the attendant to clean. We were 4 people,we received 2 dishes and then remaining 3 dishes came after 20 min! Management should really work on improving the quality andcleanliness. I ordered baklava and the lady had no courtesy to ask which baklava I wanted, she just randomly packed and handedover to me. Love this place specially this location. After most of the Paramount locations closed down near Peel region, this is only... location remained close to our place. Food quality is always good and sevice also above the expectations. I would love to gothere again. Read more

Paramount burlington has a great customer service and dinning area available, i went with my family and ordered mixed grill... platter, haloumi salad, mezza platter, paramount special drink with sheesh tawoook humous fries n rice as sides. We also hadtheir famous kunafa.. loved everything, the portion size is super generous as well.. hope to go back again sooon Read more

This place brought back to Dubai life style and food. Pits was awesome, liked it, when it was super hot. When it comes to other... foods, I felt they were more of dry side than juicy chicken or beef. Even the fries were not that tasty, and just garlic sauceon top of it. On the whole, it didn't surprise me or fulfill my appetite. Had to pack al what we ordered back home. Couldn't eat, so dry.
