The best sub sandwich and chicken meat I've ever had. The chicken/beef is done on a spit like shawarma meat, and gets really... crispy and tasty on the edges while being very moist inside. The chicken gyro meat would be good on a sub, pita, salad, or justeaten on its own! The portion size is very large and the prices are very fair. Had the greatest first experience here. Both guys were amazing and helped me by suggesting a couple fan favourites which I went... with and they dressed it their way which I don't regret because by far this was the best sub I have ever had. I can very confidently say it is the best sub/sandwich place I've ever been to!! Ordered the chicken bacon sub. The gentleman... was the nicest I've ever met! We happen to be in the area and I'm glad we stopped by. Gladly will drive 30min to come hereagain. Ingredients were all fresh and he was very generous with the meat, vegetables and sauces. Must try! Started working in Burlington and am always looking for good food for lunch time. Found this place online and the... reviews I read made me want to try it out. Glad I did!! When I walked in I was greeted by one of the employees right away.There were like 4 guys behind the counter all working in sync and fast! Everyone knows the feeling of waking into say a Subwayand there?s one girl making subs! ???? There was a couple people infront of me and it went quick! When I was up I asked thegentlemen serving me what there best selling sub was and he immediately recommended the buffalo chicken sub. He explained it wasa mix of sauces with buffalo and garlic sauce which I was not sure about! Glad I pulled the trigger because the sub was one ofthe best chicken subs I?ve ever had! The buns they use are delicious, soft and fresh! The chicken was made to perfection. Alittle charred/crispy on the outside but soft and juicy on the inside. With the added toppings and the combo sauce it was sooogood! I ordered a full sub and there was so much chicken on it I ate half and was pretty full! Great value for what youpay! Forget places like Subway and Mr sub! This place puts them to shame! Go support a local business that?s not a chain. Youwill thank me later! I had the small Italian Mix... really good classic sub on a top notch bun. The bun is purposed built for the small sub i.e.,... not a large sub bun cut in half that you find at a popular chain sub shop. I like this feature. GF had the Chicken Gyro; shementioned it too was a quality product. Most definitely will return. Read more
This place is my favourite sub place hands down. It?s a cut above the rest literally. Goody?s is truly a family run spot that... has excellent customer service and delicious food. I have been going here for quite a few years and have been recommending thisplace to everyone for years. I hadn?t done a review till today for some reason. The subs are super fresh with delicious buns. The toppings are excellent. The way they are prepared are above everyone else. I recommend anything with the chicken gyro. The Goody?s sub (pictured) is the chicken gyro sub with peameal bacon. You can also get regular bacon if you wish. Everythingis good. You can skip the bun and get the dinner. The sons collaborate and make your food. The father at the end collectspayment. It?s run simple. The prices are excellent for what you get. Give them a try you won?t be disappointed. Read more
