BE WARNED I personally go too Harvey's for their crunchy-salty fries. If you're looking for the same type, do not come to this... location. They have soft-watery fries. I had a great experience at harveys on Appleby! I was able to use a 2 can dingle coupon and the lady making my burger made it... just the way I liked and didn't judge me for my extra tomatoes! I'll return again! Read more
Update - Spoke to store manager and they were very appreciative of feedback. I will return and hopey experience is... better. Popped into this location for a very quick pickup. Took me nearly 30 minutes to order some Chalet sauce and asandwich. The issue is really the management, they need to have more experienced staff behind the counter. There were a numberof new/younger staff who were working as hard as they could but needed help and guidance. Don't know why franchise owners setup these locations but then don't take accountability to make sure they run properly and pass the buck to younger andexperienced individuals. Read more
Ordered an 8 chicken nugget combo. I guess they had some chicken fingers they had already cooked because what I got had been cut... into tiny pieces and were only mildly warm. This location obviously takes shortcuts they shouldn't. I wonder what else they dothat isn't so obvious. Read more

Ordered here through Skip the dishes. We ordered burgers and fries and ended up getting Swiss chalet. While dealing with skip... the dishes about my order I phoned the restaurant to see if my order was still there they kept telling me to go through skip. Iwas trying to find out if my order was at the restaurant still and was completely blown off by the management team. Very poorcustomer experience. Read more

I was very much a regular, stopping by 3 or 4 nights a week but I trimmed down how often I was coming because of poor... experiences and now I just won't go anymore. My last 3 poutines were cold. Not lukewarm, stone cold. My burgers, which alwaysused to be made seemingly fresh come either cold or charred. I'm not sure what happened since coming here used to beconsistently excellent, but the standards don't even exist anymore. Read more
