Will not be coming back after their price increase. Mall food should not cost nearly 20$ for a meal. Plus they don't even offer... a mall employee discount although employee shop everyday here. I had the worst experience.. when going to pay for my meal I tapped my card and it said approved the lady working told me that... it did not go through and that I had to tap again and when asking her what the Receipt said she simply said it was for anotherorder? So I tapped again and then I went to go look at my bank statement it showed I was charged twice showed her my statementand she went to grab the manager the manager barely did anything and asked if I came twice to order the same meal I said no hebasically was implying that I was lying. I never got a refund the manager simply said because on their end they didnt see twocharges they couldn?t do anything and told me the second charge on my statement would automatically be refunded to me the nextday and to come back if it didn?t? I later ended up calling my bank and they told me I was indeed charged twice and no ?refund?would?ve automatically been placed after a day fortunately they were able to give me my money back (the bank) I?ve never felt soawful they basically made me feel like I was lying and the lady was giving me attitude the whole time I work in the mall so onmy breaks I always always go there but after this event and how they made me feel I don?t think I?ll be returning Read more
Staff are moody and not friendly at all. $11 for a VEGGIE meal (literally salad potatoes and rice). Used to offer mall staff... discount of 10% (like everywhere else in the mall) but no longer offer it. They also don't take mall gift card. Jimmy the Greek used to be really good. Now it's just slop. Not worth the price tag anymore.
