I absolutely love Kelly?s Bake Shoppe! I?m from out of town so I can?t visit often but whenever I find myself in the area I make... it a point to visit! Received Kelly's cupcakes as a birthday treat from some friends and the cupcakes were pretty good (the cake itself was kind of... dry, but the icing is superb). I decided to finally make the trek out there to visit the store myself and it was an extremelydisappointing experience. Each cupcake was a different price, and none of the prices were listed. I inquired about a couple ofthe cupcakes and was treated like I was a bothersome hag. I tried to make small chat with the cashier after choosing myselection about how popular the brand must be, and she barely could be bothered to make eye contact and gave me a one wordedresponse. You can't help but smile when you walk into Kelly's. It is so warm and cozy! The decor is beautiful and unique. All of the... offerings are delicious. I love how salt is balanced into certain recipes. The matcha cookies are so delicious. I alwayspurchased muffins, pumpkin scone, cupcake and a snickerdoodle. Nothing disappointed. I'm so thankful for the time and efforttaken to make allergen friendly goods. I will always stop here when in Burlington ???? Read more
I absolutely love this place! I tried over 10 different cupcakes here and every single one was terrific. And not only they are... delicious, they are also very beautiful. They make a perfect gift or a dessert for special occasion. My favorite ones are withfruit and berries. They are so lite and fluffy, like clouds.
