They keep screwing our orders up. Giving us the wrong breakfast sandwich or today giving us 17 chicken nuggets in our 20 chicken... nugget meal. Ordering the 20 chicken nugget bundle charging us for it and then at the cash asking us to pay extra for the fries.A very long wait to boot. There's a sign in the drive-thru that says "20pc McNugget Bundle, 19.99". Comes with the nuggets, 2 medium fries, and 2 medium... drinks. We tried to order that, said bundle multiple times while ordering, but when we got through we didn't get any fries.Tried to ask for them, but it seemed like they didn't even know what the bundle was. Our receipt came to $20.75, so we shouldabeen able to just get them since it costs $19.99, but they wanted to charge us separately for the fries. This isn't the firsttime recently something like this has happened and we'll probably not be going to this location again. The woman we spoke to atthe window when paying was lovely, though. This location will either get your order wrong, forget to put napkins, or the food will not be fresh. This happens consistently.... I just ate a sorry excuse for a Habanero McChicken sandwich; the meat patty was dry, hard and stale. I guess paying employeesminimum wage reflects on the quality of service; not that McDonald's is concerned about that at all. Read more
Bathrooms and restaurant were filthy. Neither hand dryer in the washroom worked. And there was no paper towel option.... Unfortunately this is becoming common place for McDonalds. I know staff is hard to find, however cleanliness is extremelyimportant. Read more
I wouldn't normally complain about a fast food restaurant, but after being treated rudely for the 3rd time, I answered the... survey in the back of the receipt. When I picked up my meal at the drive through, I asked for ketchup, I was told I should askfor ketchup when placing my order.... Yes ! As crazy as it seems! I got told off for asking for ketchup as I picked up mymeal! The 2nd time, the same girl gave me a dirty look, the 3rd time I got told again. I ask when I pick up my meal, becausewhen I do ask when ordering... there is never ketchup in the bag! So, I answered the survey. Today was got a nice email thatthey valued my business and they spoke to the staff.... So I went back and ordered again... After I paid I pulled up to thenext window, and was told they were waiting on my wrap and asked me to pull up to waiting area. I said no problem, and askedfor a couple packs of ketchup in the bag. He said sure... A young girl came out with my order, I didn't see a name tag, shesaid 'everything' was in the bag, so I checked and No ketchup! I called the girl back... and surprisingly she said "there's noketchup? They wrote it on the receipt."... But no ketchup in the bag! Seriously. Your staff need to be written up. How hardcan it be. It might not be fine dining, or expensive ... but asking for decent service shouldn't be that hard! And it's acouple packs of ketchup for crying out loud! If you're ordering at the drive through, wait till you get to the window where youpick up your food.... Then ask for ketchup. Read more
In a valiant attempt to reduce the possibility of getting an incorrect order yet again, I presented my order laid out neatly on... a printed sheet of paper. While my the receipt matched the order I requested on my sheet, I unfortunately have no control overthe kitchen staff. Of the 4 hamburgers ordered, 2 were incorrect. The grand big Mac bacon came without bacon or lettuce, and adbl qtr BLT had only 1 patty, no lettuce or tomato. Through experience I know you have to check your order for basic quantitiesand items, now it appears that, with the exception of the fries, I'm going to have to open every container. Read more
This McDonald's consistently screws orders up. Doesn't matter time of day or how simple/complex the order is. There seems to... always be a screw up. Always double check your orders before you leave to make sure you got everything. I've given thislocation one too many chances and the next time the kids want happy meals we'll go to a different location. Read more
They have gotten my breakfast sandwich order wrong, five times in a row now. I asked for egg and cheese, on a muffin NO MEAT.... I'm vegetarian. I've either gotten mayo sauce with egg, meat and no cheese or vis versa. Thank goodness they work here and notNASA. Read more
