We just had dinner at the Brant Street milestones for my birthday. I can't say enough about the tremendous teamwork at this... location. From the minute we arrived to the end of our meal we were taken care of. The staff is young, fresh and enthusiastic.Ryan told us about the crab cakes which were amazing. We ordered the baby back rib trio and the mushroom chicken dish(substituted pasta for potatoes) Carrot cake for dessert. All was incredibly tasty! Our server, Christina was delightful,intuitive, funny and professional. She seemed to know exactly when to visit our table and what we needed. Milestones has alwaysbeen my favorite restaurant and continues to be! Thanks to the Manager (Bob?) for taking time out to hear how our night was. Read more
We sat on the patio, Megan looked after us and she was awsome.. nice to see some food service staff know what they are doing at... their work. We where in a hurry to make an appointment, Megan made sure our order was rushed and in just a short wait we whereeating. I recommend the steak sandwich, a little tricky to eat but very favourable. With service and food quality as fine as wereceived, we will make sure to return to this milestones in Burlington. Just hope we get Megan again . Read more
We love milestones! This has been one of our staple for date nights! Our server was Christina and she was great. We haven?t been... there since the new menu and they still accommodated our request of the Mediterranean platter - it?s one of our faves and sohappy they could make it for us. Sometimes after you get a tooth pulled you wanna change it up from mashed potatoes and tomato bisque. I should've known better... than to order from here, but I genuinely couldn't imagine being ripped off like this. The fact that this mushroom soup - whichtastes like it's straight out of a long expired can, and measured out at less than 250mL - cost a total of $21 delivered, iscompletely unacceptable. I generally don?t have high expectations for big chains like this and only go out of convenience. But the food here was mind... blowing. Really balances the whole ?hearty comfort food? with ?interesting novel taste?. Service was a tad slow for a quietafternoon but the food was amazing enough to compensate and I?ll happily go back. I normally dont get chance to give ratings but felt the need to do so. We were blown away with the amazing service we got. The... whole experience from front desk to leaving the restaurant was superb. Sabatian is Amazing at hosting and made sure every thingwas top notch. Also the whole staff was so welcoming and caring and kept asking if we needed anything. Food was amazing! Wewill definitely be coming back soon. Keep up the great teamwork. I've been here a few times with my Husband-- Always a positive experience! The Ravioli is always my favourite (Husband's is... always Steak)-- but we celebrated our Anniversary today and tried some new dishes. The Duck Confit Pasta was creamy, the PrimeRib was tender. Both delicious, and good portion sizes. Our waitress/food runners were incredibly nice, and we'll continue tosee this place as one of our favourite "Date Night" places. We had a waitress named Hannah. She was very responsive and didn?t bother us too much but also made sure we were taken care of -... she found that balance. We had the Mediterranean chicken and the Portebello Mushroom chicken. The pesto was nice as it wasn?ttoo overwhelming with pesto. We had a nice time! Read more
