Montfort on Brant st is a bit different from the other Montforts. This place has to be the best Montforts hands down. They are... polite, the food is fantastic and well prepared and they have pork which is awesome! The Chicken shawarma is fantastic as isthe Montfort chicken. Steak in a pita is also great. Baba Ganoush is well prepared with delicious olive oil and olives. Theynow provided the famous Montforts garlic sauce in a bottle at the table. The onion pickles is very good also. They have a lotof Gluten Free options with a well laid out menu indicating this. Vegan options are also available. The restaurant was keptvery clean on the inside. Staff were attentive and provided us with everything we need without hesitation. I normally get themixed grill and I highly recommend this if you?re hungry. Read more

We don?t live in the area but have been to other Montfort locations. This spot seemed to be newly renovated. The staff was... attentive and our food arrived quickly and tasted great. Tried this place for the first time and it was delicious! Got the Montfort chicken pita and the vegetarian special. The falafel... were perfectly crispy and moist, and the home fries were lovely. Chicken was a bit on the bland side, but nicely cooked and theportion was huge! All the other items (eggplant, hummus, sauces, pita, salad) were fresh and delicious. 6 of us went to celebrate a retirement. When we showed up the table was beautifully set. The service was exceptional and the... food was freshly made and delicious. The price was very reasonable too for the quality and quantity of food. They had lunchspecials with a meat and two sides starting at 9. 99. That's almost impossible to find elsewhere. Was craving monforts for a while now. After they shut down the Bristol road/Hwy 10 location we thought the restaurant chain was... closed. Was surprised to find so many locations in the Oakville and Burlington area! We had the chicken shawarma pita, lambshashlik pita, chicken shawarma with rice, lentil soup, side of sweet potatoes and the calamari to start. The calamari was veryfresh and crispy without being chewy. The white dipping sauce was fantastic. The onion dip on the other hand was adisappointment. It used to be the best thing ever but it was very bitter when we had it. The shawarma was good but a bit on thegreasy side. The lentil soup was delicious but had a tad bit too much lemon. The sweet potato fries were great! The Lamb sashlikwas tough and chewy. I am glad monforts is still around :) will visit again for sure. Read more

Stuff so friendly and so welcoming and that is so nice but Unfortunately I didn?t expect that Taboleh was so good , hummus too... but I didn?t like kufta and the Montfort chicken the taste not good . But at least everything else was nice but if I will comeagain I won?t order any kind of meat I will be vegetarian and order falafel instead of meat dishes ! Read more
