Worst pizza. Most deceiving menu and advertising. Horrible quality and no flavour and 0 accuracy no wonder you have half Price... sale flags up all the time. Nice pizza shop very clean however I did not like the sauce it tasted sugary no flavor with missing italian spices.

Absolutely terrible and rude customer service with a genuine lack of respect. I came in to pick up an Uber order. There was... another driver that walked in the same time as me and she was communicating her Uber number, I also communicated my Uber numberthinking it would save his time and effort however he started being rude and said I shouldn?t have spoken Out of turn and I amnumber?2? and should wait my turn. In response I said I was only trying to save his time and do not appreciate his condescending tone. To this , he threatened to call the cops on me unless I leave the store. I have to say that this pizza large meat pizza tasted worse than from freezer at the grocery. With tip $35. Delivered. My Casa... De Momma pizza I paid $2.99 on sale was way tastier. Picture in advertising for meat pizza showed covered thick with meat.Wasn?t much meat at all. Lost a customer here. The only reason I gave one star was delivered on time. Read more

To say this was the most unprofessional and worst experience ever would be an understatement at any business. The owner/manager... says 25 mins for the pizza to arrive, the time is 11:01 pm. The delivery driver arrives at 12 am. The driver called us a liar toour face about the time that was ordered although we have the call log. We called the store to tell him that the delivery driveris extremely late and also being rude, and we don't think we should pay for a pizza that is 1 HOUR late and is now cold. Thestore owner/manager on the phone says "i don't know, you guys figure it out" . We ended up not taking the pizza because we donot expect such a franchise to have this level of unprofessional customer service. This was the first and last time i dial PapaJohn's pizza phone number. Honestly the people are nice there but would not order again. The wings were not cooked, the dips were really bad, I ordered... three veggie toppings on one side of my pizza and there were barely any on there. On that same side I ordered bacon and therewas barely any of that too. The sides don't come in a large enough quantity to be worth the money and frankly the pizza justtastes weird. Read more

Tried this location out about 3 weeks ago ..overall no issues , they are new and were swamped with orders but customer service... was good and pizza was decent . 4 stars just because I think they need to get the workflow a bit more smooth. Still happy tohave a papa johns in this area ! Read more
