Slow/bad service.. protein portion is small.. better off going to chefs door next door

Ordered two pitas online assuming it would be easier for the staff to get the order ready even though I was already in the... parking lot. I then waited 10 minutes, went inside and asked the staff if they got the order, they scrambled to find it and toldme it would be 20 minutes. In the meantime two other customers came in to order in person and were served ahead of me ! Thepitas were finally ready and not marked with what kind they were and one was so dry I couldn?t eat it. I've been to different Pita Pit locations over the years and by far this location has the best and my favorite salad creators... Nav, Lucy, and Rachel. Nav has outstanding customer service, very polite, has a fantastic memory...(my husband and I get asalad each), and Nav knows exactly how we like it. Lucy and Rachel both make the most delicious Philly steak, and brisketsalads! You get a full salad, remarkable customer service, and you are in and on your way home to eat their perfection soquickly. I have to say, the training team for this particular location is impeccable! Our salads are created perfect everytime,and at top speed. Thank you for being so amazing, and never disappointing. We purchase salads between 3-4 times a week, andunfortunately can't have our own personal salad chef each time, however, Nav, Lucy, and Rachel, have won our hearts, andstomachs forever! Read more

I came in to get a pita for my boyfriend and I and WOW I am disappointed with the staff. Both staff that were working seemed... very unhappy and not welcoming at all. One staff member in particular blonde curly hair, (I believe her name is Jillian) was sorude to me and has horrible customer service. I paid for my 2 pitas when I first came in, that cost me over $20. When it came toputting toppings on she put half a spoon of feta cheese on it, so I asked for a bit more she told me she would have to charge mefor it and I questioned that, since I had already paid for my pitas and topping are included...how is that fair... anyways Iagreed to it and when it came time to pay for the extra cheese.....she rudely told me to go to the cash to pay for it. I assumedit would be 50cents for extra cheese (she never told me a price)....she charged me over $2 for a small spoon of cheese....ofcourse I was upset about that. She tried to argue me about it and I told her im not paying that for extra cheese after I hadalready paid for my pitas. She then raised her voice at me and said "then leave" in a very rude tone. I thought that was veryunprofessional and horrible customer service. I will never be coming back to that location now. Thank you for the bad experiencepita pit. Read more
