Ordered pizza tonight through their website. 45 mins later, pizza received was not the correct order. I immediately called the... store and was advised that the order did not transmit accurately. I had a toddler to feed and really needed the correct pizza (asimple cheese topping). The person on the phone stated that they would send a medium pizza asap. 1 hour later with an hungrytoddler, we received no food as promised on the phone. We called several times and got no response. No one answered the phone(all within the business hours of course). Ended up spending more money to order from a different place. Do not recommend thislocation. Do yourself a favour and order elsewhere. Horrible customer service and 0 ownership - will never order with themagain. Read more
New Management has no clue or training how to run this store. I was initially excited for this store opening but my last visit... will be my last visit. First my order they got my order wrong. Moreover they cut vegetables so big that it doesn't matches whatI use to eat at Pizza Depot. And last pizza was so thick and when coming off the oven had so many big bubbles that none of thestaff took care. Everyone was busy on their phones or taking. Worst experience. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Horrible service and we haven't even eaten anything from them! I ordered online,... and they promptly cancelled my order. I called in to the company they use to order from to find out what was going on, he spokewith the place and they told him "we had to cancel because we had no drivers, we called but they did not pick up their phone".Well, no calls came in to my phone from you. So I have lost my faith because if you had called, you could have left a message. Iwill never order or attempt to order from you again. This kind of attitude will not keep you in business for long. Pizzas were yummy and well done. Loved the taste of the crust. We tried the tandoori chicken pizza along with the buffalo... chicken pizza. Loved the flavours on the tandoori pizza. Next time m gonna try the butter chicken one. This place is highlyrecommended. Read more
I ordered from pizza depot on christmas as no other stores were open. I was a little scared to order after reading the reviews... but i was surprised by the pizzas i recieved. They were amazing and so fresh. I am a very picky person when it comes to food butthese pizzas were above excellent. They made them just the way i wanted them. The amount of toppings used was perfect. Me and myfamily loves them and its our go to pizza place now. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Read more
Beware! Do not go to this location. This location does not represent Pizza Depot and the owners should be embarrassed. Pizza... Dough is flat and chewy. Topping amount is very minimal even the cheese. You will be lucky to get more than 2 pepperoni pieceson a slice and Pizza is always over cooked almost burnt. Employees are hard to understand especially ordering over the phone. Ifigured being a new location maybe they need to iron out some kinks. But have order 3 times from them and every time I orderedit was worse. Got to the Westoak Trails its the best pizza and Customer service is amazing. Trust me! As for the owners of thislocation get your act together fast and stop being so cheap with the toppings. I will be reporting this to the Franchise to havethem audit you. Goodluck! Read more
Average pizza was kinda dry! The Indian style wings, that were good, but since the pizza wasn?t good 3 stars.
