We ordered 2 pizzas tonight from here and on half of one of them one of the ingredients was sour. From the smell you could tell... that something was off and we ended up throwing it out because it was inedible. We called to tell them what happened and wastold to call back when the Mgr was there and when we called back he refused to do anything and said there was nothing thatcould be done. Please do not go to this Pizza Hut, every Pizza Hut especially in 50 road and Grimsby you will get much more for your dollar.... They are cutting cost in a disgusting way, I ordered a cheese pizza small and a drink which was around $15. Which I didn’tmind but when my mother opened the pizza for herself to eat which she never does but she’s been craving she was shocked to howdisgusting the small pizza looked. All the edges were extremely burnt. The cheese looked like she put not even half and all youcould see was the cooked dough and sauce. When I walked in the staff looked like they were upset I even walked through the doorbefore I picked up my order. She didn’t even eat one slice and threw it all out. I don’t want my money back or anything Ijust would to spread awareness. Go to any other Pizza Hut no matter how long the drive is but this one the place is disgustingto how they treat customers and how they prepare their meals with all the cutting cost they do. Was so happy to have a Pizza Hut close by but not this one. They have their own rules and ways to do things. Called today 7... times no one picked up the phone and they are open. Last visit the owner told me that the prices of their pizzas would be goingup due to the recent increase in minimum wage...lol. Really? Could u imagine if everyone did that. They are already the mostexpensive pizza in town. I will give them 6 months tops. You can’t operate a business with this attitude Very disappointed. Awful expensive experience for what you get. They do not have slices to go. I had to order a Small pizza which they didn’t get... correctly. It was 13$ for a small pizza plus drink came to 16$, did not fill me up pizza was TINY!! I asked for Extra sauce onpizza and it was dry. I’d hate to see the size of a personal pizza which is smaller than the small option. Rip off!
