More of a take out spot than dine in. Food is predictable and tasty. Haven't been disappointed. We usually get panzerotti to go.... It's often ready a few minutes before the estimated time given. They'll bake or deep fry the panzerottis. Great comfort food. Read more
Extremely rude old people working the counter! Picking up a pizza, told the guy the name. He said it wasn?t ready yet! Fine no... problem? I asked very politely ?should I pay for it now then wait?. He literally yelled at me ?NO. I DONT KNOW YOUR ORDER?.Wow! I was blown away. What is wrong with you. Yelling at a customer for asking a simple question about PAYING for the food thatwas ordered is ridiculous. I have never been spoken to like that at a food establishment. This isn't a knock on this location, because the staff and service has always been good here. But we're quitting Pizza Nova... since their apps doesn't work on either of our phones, and the website has ceased to work properly no matter what browser orcomputer we used. Pizza Nova seriously needs to get their digital in order, we won't be there to see it. Read more

Ordered food via uber eats. The order was delayed and when enquired via uber they asked to call the restaurant. When i called... them the person who answered the phone was super rude and told me not to call them and that the order will take forever. Ifsomeone is calling to enquire and waiting.
