We had ordered the Margarita pizza and just walked over to the park and ate it on the picnic table. The ingredients tasted fresh... and the pizza was tasty. I wasn't a big fan of the dough, it was a little bit too chewy for my liking. It was a pizza andnothing stood out to me. Fast and friendly service and a clean environment. Read more
Tonight was my first time trying Pizzaiolo, and it was delicious! I ordered pizza and garlic bread with cheese. My pizza had... just the amount of kick I like, and it was cooked the way I like it. Next time I will try the thick dough. My reasoning foronly giving a 4 star review is I was expecting traditional garlic bread cheese, and it came as a small pizza and was just asmidge dry BUT still very tasty and I would order this again . If I can save 1 person from wasting their money then it's worth it. I've had frozen pizza's that were way better than this... pizzaiolo. Over an inch of dough, little to no toppings, barely any cheese, barely sauced and under cooked dough, wayoverpriced. No where near gourmet. Do yourself a favor and don't order or pickup this third world pizza. First time anddefinitely my last time! Read more
Our favourite pizza place in Burlington! Love the selection! Not sure which pizza to pick, ask for a half / half ? don?t... worry, they won?t charge you extra. Excellent every time. We?re fans of the Brando, the Soprano & the Mafioso? but that?s justus. Not sure about all the bad reviews. We?ve never had a single bad experience. Update 1: They asked me to contact them which we did and provided the info they asked for and then went incognito. Followed up... and no response. Reducing to 1 star for fake concern and desire to making it right. ?????????????????????? Bit stingy ontoppings, gotten orders wrong a couple of times. This is supposed to be regular crust. food was ok, but 40 minutes late and lukewarm it happens i guess edit: as below, they reached out to attempt to remedy. my... partner emailed the order number a detailed account of our experience. they responded requesting an additional conversation viaphone call, which I refused, as I had already spent enough time thinking about mediocre delivery pizza. we asked if we couldjust remedy this via the email conversation we were already having which was ignored oh well ! Worst customer service you will get from any pizza place. They don't delivery to your door even though you for delivery. Then... when you meet them downstairs they leave your food on the floor. When you confront them about it they hang up the phone. Don'torder from them Read more
