I ordered Prosciutto and arugula pizza. This is what I got. All rotten,yellow Arugulas. So Disappointing. When I called the... customer service I was told the store will be happy to make you new pizza with fresh arugulas. I want to know why on earth would you put such nasty yellow arugulas on someone's pizza, if you had some fresh ones???? Ordered from here last night. The GF pizza I received was not what I ordered, and I couldn?t eat the one I received because I... have allergies to the toppings that were on it. After multiple calls with a CS agent, and loads of wasted time I finallyreceived an undercooked pizza about 1.5hrs after the initial delivery. Also will note a small credit was given, not evencovering the cost of the pizza. Not even sure I?ll use it after this extremely frustrating experience. It sucks because I havea hard time finding a pizza place I can feel safe eating at due to allergies, and this one clearly doesn?t care about theircustomer experience. Read more
