Going to any fast-food restaurant, I don't expect much other than my food to be served quickly and it taste good. I recently... visited this location and was provided with such exceptional service from a tall bald gentlemen. He has strong customer serviceskills and recommended good add-ons for my order. He had a small conversation with me and was a very happy man. Most of the timewhen I go into any fast-food joint, the workers lack a smile or don't engage with the customer. Popeyes is good food as always. But this place was shockingly disappointing. I waited in line to order as they chose to... address people behind me in line instead. I ordered a family meal and asked for waters for me and my kids. They charged me foreach cup of water. I couldnt believe it. I asked why are you charging for water and the response was the cups cost 50 centseach. I know this isnt the case. I was ignored, ripped off and lied to. Disappointing.
