Friendly service and great atmosphere. Unfortunately for the expensive price, the quality was just ok. 1 star coming off because... the steak was overcooked. Our first time here. I can say that the food was delicious. Specially the main courses. The burger was delicious and so the... steak and frites. The hostess and our waiter were polite and courteous. Updated the review after my last visit. Steak wasn’t as impressive as before. Crème brûlée was stunning. The guy in the... kitchen…is he really wearing a mask?? I personally think that masks should be mandatory for restaurants. I heard a lot aboutthis place and decided to give this place a try. Did not disappoint me, at all. The atmosphere was very cozy and the service wasexcellent (special thanks to Rick). We had the Steak Frites with a side of Caesar. The steak was cooked perfectly and verytasty. We decided to give this place a try to celebrate Valentine's day this past weekend. They did not have the pre fix menu and so... we ordered off the ala carte menu. The drinks, food and service was excellent and the rustic and cozy atmosphere added to theexperience. We ordered the Korean cauliflower, burrata, chicken and braised short ribs and finished with chocolate dessert. Itwas all delicious!! Highly recommended! Read more
I don't know why they initially said that they were fully booked.... Or perhaps they just didn't want to feed a family of... four. The hostess at the front with the long braided hair seem to be doing whatever she could to make us turn around. That's theimpression that we got anyways. On with the review. I ordered the bison and boar Burger and it was outstanding and woulddefinitely recommend. It was huge I could hardly finish it and I'm over 200 lb LOL My wife ordered the risotto dish and it wasalso amazing done perfectly which is hard to do but the kitchen nailed it. Sister ordered the ravioli and the side of Caesarsalad. That was also very good. Have a very good selection of wine.. If you're interested in trying the Tomahawk steak that'salso very good but it's a little bit pricey at $180. ( Serves two ) After sitting here for about an hour and a half those samefour tables are still empty I don't know who's sitting in them but anyways. We came here for a family dinner and the food was excellent! The burger I ordered is amazing and so was the board we shared... (picture is for 4). We had our baby with us and I’m not sure if this is the most baby friendly restaurant, but he didn’tfuss and the service was super friendly. He didn’t mind bringing us extra napkins when our little grabber yonked all ournapkins and threw them on the floor. Definitely would return again, for drinks, sans baby :) Read more
Overall, we really enjoyed our first experience at Rust. The ambiance and food was excellent however, there is room for... improvement on the service side. The waiter did not take time to introduce himself, nor brief us on any of the menu items. Thatlittle extra time spent with new patrons, would have earned a 5 star review. Read more
One of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. Nicole, our server was attentive, kind and helpful. We sat at the kitchen... bar and Mike, Mark and Luke gave new meaning to personable kitchen staff. We love them!
