Although not impressed with the actual owner of this establishment, he is redeemed by his wonderful staff, who know how to... deliver quality customer service, unlike the owner. The owner should sit down with his staff and ask them to train him onperfecting customer service. (I had purchased a gift card for my Daughter of $20 but when she went to use it, it had not beenactivated - he would not honour it although I had the debit receipt to prove I had just purchased it prior to xmas - in the endHead Office redeemed it). The only reason I frequent this coffee shop is because #1 it is Canadian and #2 the staff are veryfriendly. I order a lot of home delivery and love the personal notes thanking me for my support of their shop! I phoned to askfor extra whip today on my delivery order and they fulfilled that with no problem. Visited today early in the morning. Staff lady was helpful and fast worker. Store has its few parking space right outside so... does drive through. Men washroom wasn?t working at the visit time.e Everything was up to expectations considering service andfood/beverages. P.S: staff lady ask me like when I was taking pictures. I told her about google map review but she wasn?tconvinced with me regarding taking stores photos. (she wasn?t rude)I always try to take store photos so visitor can see howclean store is and what kind of facilities store has.
