Attended the location recently for lunch. The restaurant as well looked after and there is plenty of seating. Food was good no... complaints about the quality. It came as I expected and was hot when it arrived. Service was okay. The staff didn't seem to paythat much attention to the table and the restaurant wasn't that busy at the time. I'm not sure if this is an issue at thisparticular restaurant or just an overall customer service issue in the hospitality industry. They were pretty good at ensuringmy drink was refilled. Shoeless Joe's as a chain is fairly expensive so certainly be prepared to pay when you go. It was $30 forlunch by the time you had a sandwich a drink and tax and tip. Food = decent Service = friendly but seemed understaffed. Waitress was delightful and was hustling like crazy. (Felt bad for... her). Did a great job under the circumstances. Time to pay became an issue. Waitress and manager didn’t know how to process apayment with a foodtastic virtual gift card offered on their site. Hopefully it’s an isolated incident and staff or storeare trained properly in the future. You’re going to get a lot of people upset soon thinking they are going for a paid mealand then paying out of pocket. I should of made the store figure it out but I really felt bad for the waitress who was workingso hard that evening. Read more

My review is solely based on takeout service. No one is there to answer the curbside pick up calls. Had to go to the bar to get... our order. Buffalo chicken wrap here is usually incredible. Take out buffalo chicken wrap was just subpar, falling apart andvery loosely wrapped. (I arrive on time). Won't order take out again. Coming from out of town to this location wasn't a positiveexperience. Read more

This place is atrocious. Not only was there a gas leak problem for months on end, there’s an infestation of rodents, sewage... coming up from the basement WHERE THE FOOD IS PREPARED but all they see is dollar signs - so of course, why fix any of theseproblems... This place was great two years ago. I was an avid customer. After Covid, and a change of management… I was offereda job by the amazing General Manager at the time (who was the only reason this place remained operating somewhat well in myopinion) and began working here. They fired the GM and hired another manager whom they paid half his salary under the table(probably using the cash they take from servers from the tips). After seeing how food is prepared and handled - I wouldn’twant anyone to eat it. Kitchen staff have no hair nets… no gloves…. and who pick at the food being prepared with their barehands and eating before being sent out for the customer. *photo proof attached* Remove everything else - sure it’s a nicebuilding with a good patio… but the management team is constantly getting new staff (some of whom aren’t even legal to servealcohol with no smart serve) because they don’t care about their employees. Some girls were working there for 5+ years andfinally left after our tips being taken for their own personal use. Every restaurant was hurt by Covid. Most PEOPLE in generalwere financially hurt by Covid…. Doesn’t give anyone a right to take such a large chunk of employees tips when people thinkthey’re giving it purely to the server.. not realizing it’s being taken from us and we’re lucky to see a quarter of whatwe made that day. Not to mention, being fired because I brought up that it’s unsanitary for servers to be plating fries withunwashed and ungloved hands. I was let go with a phone call, no write up… no termination paper of any type…. Because theyknew it was wrong and literally don’t care. Went in to Shoeless Joe’s to catch the Raptors game before Ontario went in to modified stage 2 lockdown. The place was not... busy at all and there was nobody at the front podium when we walked in. After about 5 minutes, one of the waitresses greeted usand told us somebody would seat us soon. Then about another 3-5 minutes later, we were seated. For the appetizer we ordered thespinach artichoke and goat cheese dip. It was served with baked pretzel bites and nacho chips. It was delicious and definitely amust order. Then after about what felt like an hour, our mains were brought to us. I ordered the Lumberjack burger with thickcut fries. This burger had the crispy thick cut onion ring and the house-made chipotle BBQ sauce. The beef patty was very tasty,juicy and cooked to perfection. The onion ring amplified the overall flavour of this burger. The fries were nice and warm andnot too firm but I did have to add a bit of salt to taste. Overall the food was fresh, flavourful and affordable. The servicewas extremely slow which was quite disappointing as we were starving. They had ample seating and the aesthetic of thisestablishment was modern and clean. This is a great place to spend time with family and friends. I would recommend coming here. Read more

Service was great. We had a lovely and bubbly server by the name of Ashlee. My company ordered burgers. I ordered wings and... Buffalo cauliflower tacos. Sooooooo delicious. The BBQ onion ring concoction was delicious. Very spaced out for saferprotocols. People need to stop ragging on the staff because they can't seat people who are unvaccinated.
