I was very disappointed. The place looks great, clean, pretty and the menu read well so I was excited to try it. My sticky rice... was hard and crusty and wrapped in cling wrap like it had been made much, much earlier and my cashew nut stir fry with shrimpfor $17.99 had four mushy shrimp in it with maybe 6 cashews (not freshly roasted as advertised) and the cheap veggies ofcarrots, peppers and onions. We orders pad Thai, eggplant delight with sticky rice and coconut soup. We were underwhelmed. The pad Thai was greasy and... vinegary, lacking flavour. The eggplant delight was swimming in oil and the sticky rice had clearly been made the day before -wrapped in cling film with a hard crusty exterior - the presentation alone was off putting never mind the super chewy texture.The coconut soup was OK but overly sweet. We?ve been looking for good Thai food in Oakville and Burlington for quite some time and NOTHING comes close to Siam Dish. We... ordered takeout and got the Tom yum soup, basil fried rice, green curry and pad Thai. Authentic food just like you were inThailand and healthy portion sizes. Our favourite was the basil fried rice and green curry ( little spicy but very good ) Tomyum soup was also delicious. The pad Thai was good as well but there was a little too much peanut flavour. We will definitely becoming back here and trying more stuff on the menu. Haven?t had good Thai food like this in years and I highly recommend! Read more
This is my go to Thai place near my house. I just went for their lunch Special (Pad Thai) and was just expecting the pad thai... but it came with soup and spring roll too and was done in 5 minutes. Delicious food, generous portions and always lovely staff! Read more
I ordered the Massaman Curry with coconut rice. I must say that the use of raw peanuts when cooking the curry is a bit much. The... ratio of peanut to curry is quite overwhelming. The vegetables are good though. I was slightly disappointed to have chickenreplaced with peanuts but the sauce does taste good. However, get this with regular rice. Not coconut rice. 3/5 Read more
Came here for their lunch special this week. The green and red curries are absolutely delicious. I highly recommend either of... them. Located across the street from Burlington gonna mall, this place is easy to get to and with the mall so close, itbasically has unlimited parking. The staff were very friendly and pick up was fast and easy. The inside of the restaurant wasvery beautiful and I look forward to when covid is over so I can go in person person eat there. Read more
It was my first time visiting Siam Dish, lately I've been loving Thai food and I came across Siam Dish. My friend and I decided... to dine in and honestly the vibes you get the minute you walk in is amazing! I have attached pictures of both my food and of theplace it's self. I absolutely will be returning to this restaurant if I am in the Burlington area. You get great customerservice along with flavour full food! It's a great portion you are getting. I went in just in time for the lunch special and Igot the spicy basil which was SO good that I have also attached a picture of my plate at the end because I ate it ALL! and ifyou cannot handle spicy I would recommend asking for mild. But this place is a. MUST GO TO!! The place was very clean,professional and home like. They do also have a drink menu which has bubble tea and what not, I just stuck to the food. the foodpresentation was also amazing and you get a lot of food for the price you pay.
