By far the WORST Starbucks I?ve ever been too. Drinks took way too long , my pastry took even longer. I waited about 15 min for... my pastry by the cashier and no one bothered to hand it to me they placed it on the counter top as if I?m supposed to know theythen placed it there AFTER informing them I?m waiting for it. Go to one with a drive thru if you value your time.. Not enough staffing or space for employees to move around. 1 drink took... over 5 minutes. People who ordered behind me recieved thier drink ahead of me. The cup was dirty and had pet hair on it andstickiness from one of the various liquids they use. Read more

Super crowded which resulted in employees rushing to get drinks out, which resulted in my drink being made incorrectly. Would... rather wait for my original order for an extra couple of mins instead of it being rushed and having to ask the employee toremake it and waiting double the time. Rushing things to get quicker results doesn't always mean they're going to be correct.I've worked in the food industry and the customers are always more satisfied with their order being correct the first timeinstead of waiting double the time for it to be corrected. Staff are very slow in making orders. I ordered my coffee online. Had to wait over 30 minutes in line to get my drink. Then they... made my vanilla latte as a cold drink even though I ordered a hot one. Had to wait again for it to be remade. Given the highprice they charge for their drinks, you would expect the service to be better. They should perhaps take a lesson from TimHorton's. Convenient location, but the past two times we had to have them remake our drinks because they weren't made correctly.... Frustrating because we had to go back, and then were questioned like we didn't know how the drink that we normally order shouldtaste. Even when they remade it, it still didn't taste like it should. I am on a restricted diet and can?t have sugar. Today I ordered a Venti Chai Tea made with steamed milk at the Mapleview... Starbucks. When I went to pay I asked the cashier why my drink was so expensive because a tea costs less and than a latte. Theyoung lady told me ?that?s how much it costs? I bought my own sugar free sweetener so I didn?t notice that it was extra sweet. Iassumed I had carelessly put too many drops of Stevia in it. I wasn?t even close to finishing my drink when I started feelingnauseous and agitated. When I checked the label, I realized that she had rang in a Chai Tea Latte. I shouldn?t have to tell acashier that I have dietary restrictions and she definitely shouldn?t have decided I wanted a Chai Tea Latte instead of a ChaiTea with steamed milk I ordered. The syrup Starbucks uses for the chai tea latte is full of sugar. How do I know this! I ASKED.My order of a chai tea, made with tea bags does not have ANY sugar in it!!! There is a reason I ordered my drink the way I did.It was to avoid the sugar. Thank you for making me feel sick Starbucks. To the cashier who ignored my question about why my teacost was the same as a latte, you should listen more carefully to your customers.
