Noisy and pleasant experience. Staff such as Sabby were fast and friendly. It was busy but they got my order first and right... the first time. I couldn't ask for more. Store has a good layout and is usually busy with school kids but it wasn't rowdy. Loud enough to be upbeat but not too loud that you can't hear yourself think. Food and drink was spot on. For a small locationits got good outdoor and indoor seating though accessibility is a bit tight. Parking is across the street and possibly behindthe building, west and east of Brant. Read more
Great location! Was visiting Burlington for a competition at the Performing Art Centre. The staff were very friendly, patient,... and welcoming. They double checked my order to make sure they got it right. The baristas have friendly banter that you as thecustomer just want to be a part of. Read more

I have been to this store a few times and it's like the usual Starbucks store. The store is clean and the staff are very... energetic and friendly. They have a few tables inside and outside the store where you can sit down and enjoy your coffee. Someof the tables are unavailable to make sure everyone is following physical distancing rules.
