This review is for the Starbucks location at 1860 Appleby line Arrived at 11:00 am and there was a long line for people who... purchased their orders but waiting to retrieve it. After placing my order I waited nearly 15 minutes to get my coffee. There wasa total of 8 staff running around like headless chickens and at times casually socializing. I requested a refund and left. took my 15 min break this morning to go to starbucks. looked up the hours and said open at 6am. go through the drive through at... 6:30 and an automated message said starbucks was closed over the speaker. lots of workers inside. pretty frustrating. fix thehours online or tell your staff to do their job. My usual spot for coffee. Friendly staff, nice patio and interior. Not the largest, but I have yet to sit there and enjoy.

nate is the best barista i have ever met! my friend and i had a great conversation with him and he answered all my questions... about the caramel frappes and how the caramel ribbon crunch was more ?fun? than the others. this location ALWAYS gets my drinksright and they are so friendly! Read more

I want to commend the manager, Salina who went above and beyond to see to it that my incorrect drink order from the day before... (sick in bed and not able to bring it back) was made to my liking, one day later. I kept the mistaken drink just as proof that Idid not drink it all and then call to complain. I have also been frequently this Starbucks location since it opened. Gen wasgreat and my quad venti Skinny vanilla, 180 degree, no foam latte was perfect! This is by far the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. It is almost impossible to come here before work even when going... through the drive though. I even tried going inside to see if it made a difference and waited 25 minutes for 2 coffees. I thinkthe people who work here should focus on doing their job instead of awkwardly flirting with eachother like what I saw. Read more
