I purchased two subs at this location and the server was inattentive and rude, she was more interested in making small talk with... the Manager on duty instead of listening to my instructions, she had to constantly ask me to repeat the ingredients i wanted onthe sub (there were only 5) . It culminated in her putting sauce on one of the subs immediately after I said " extra sauce onthe side"...... to add insult to injury she kept insisting that I should have said "sauce on the side first" (hence theinattentive comment) and then she got upset because she had to make a new sub and started talking to the Manager in Punjabi. TheManager was very friendly and I have no complaints with my interaction with her but she definitely needs to train her employeewith regards to the finer points of customer service. Read more

Stay away!!!! My daughter can't have gluten so when my grandson comes to visit I take him to Subway for your kids Turkey breast... meal. This time I was picking up subs for my son-in-law and my grandson but since I was taking it to their house i just wantedthe kids mini sub. I specifically asked the lady if I could just get the mini sub by itself and if it was cheaper then the kidsmeal. She said yes. I ordered she made it. I reminded her at the cash it was a kids sandwich. The bill was $17. I thought alittle high but I knew the club sub was more then the assorted meat sub I usually get for me. I got to my daughter's and lookedat the receipt and she charged me for a 6" even after I reminded her. I feel liked she out and out lied. I asked her before Iordered because my grandson also loves McDonald's cheeseburgers. Since I was going to get one of the salads for my daughter Ifigured I'd grab a cheeseburger if the sub wasn't cheaper without the drink and fruit snack. He doesn't eat the whole sub orburger so I had no intention of paying for the water or fruit if he wasn't eating it. She charged me for an adults 6" sub. Thislocation struggles with getting things right and now she just lied. Response from owner... I want to take a moment to thankyou for contacting me and to extend my apologies for the less than ideal experience that you had in my restaurant. I understandthat your recent visit did not meet your expectations due to questions about the pricing of certain menu items. I know that Ihave let you down, and for that, my team at this Subway® restaurant is truly sorry. They open at 8, they show up at 820 and say I can only have cold cuts because nothing is ready. Waste of time.

Store opens at 8AM on sunday. I came at 8:30Am. There was nothing ready and the made me wait 30Min to get everything ready. Both... employees show no emotions at all. No one cares for customer service at this location. First and last time here. Read more
