This is our second time coming here. Our first experience was alright, but the server we had the second time was being extremely... rude. There were 7 tables of 2, some had food some didn?t so for any server this is something that?s easily controlled. When shefirst came up to us and asked what drinks we wanted we also said we were ready to order as we always get the same stuff. Shesaid ?yea everyone else is too.? Personally, this caught us off guard and wasn?t taken lightly. We find it very rude that shewould make a petty comment like that, she?s a grown women and we?re teenagers. Won?t be coming back! I ordered the eggs sunset and it was great. All cooked pretty well only one egg was a bit under. Food came very quickly.
Second time going here. My meal was good yet I ordered very basic food this time. Just eggs and a salad. But the eggs Benny the... first visit was very good. Restaurant is nothing special Inside. But they do have an outdoor patio and there?s freeparking. Waitress was a bit condescending at first but she was more polite at the end. She?s probably tired of answering stupidquestions. I just wanted to know if I could get eggs and sub a side salad instead of home fries. But ended up she just wanted tosell me a regular salad and 2 eggs on the side. Which was fine. Food is great and always friendly staff, but no breakfast specials like they used to have.
Came on a whim for a quick breakfast, and surely felt even more rushed when I sat down to eat. $60 breakfast?!? The service was... fast pace, servers rushing us out and maybe even too fast, thank God the portions are small or else we'd have to sit down longerto eat. Prices are toronto prices in Oakville. Sadly I can't reccomend that the food was on par to other breakfast joints, notto mention the portion size difference. 8.99 for a barely acceptable greek salad the sauce was thick like it was dehydrated forsome time. The eggs were just cooked, almost had to send it back cause the egg whites looked raw. $18 for smoked salmonBenedict, nothing really surpassing the bare minimum. Smaller than hockey pucks. $9 for French toast, just regular Frenchtoast, 2 slices small. $6 for orange juice, probably the only thing I liked and it really tasted like florida oranges but withmore rind. Overall if you cut the cost by %20 I could maybe see me coming back. I'm used to breakfast joints being enough totake away, we paid the bill and went across the street to Starbucks to buy a breakfast sandwich later. Not good Read more
