My favourite place in Mapleview the mall was The chopped leaf. After numerous issues ( I?m a regular 2-3xwk ) I?m done.... Yesterday7/3/22 I ordered my usual sandwich brought it back to my place of work sat down to eat and discovered the dip wasmissing. Super annoying but it makes the sandwich so I walked back up asked for the dip and was told that they didn?t have any.That is something that I should be told BEFORE I pay my money. I wouldn?t of ordered the sandwich that day. The girl that wasworking said sorry and offered a different dip. Which I took and pointed out how filthy the counter was where she placed itdown. Her response was that?s not my problem. Customer service just went home 90 down to zero in an instant. Because yourcounter where you?re serving food is 100% your responsibility. I?ve asked for a manager2x and I?ve been given no cleardefinition that one exists just that she?s left and they have no idea when she?ll be back whether it?s today tomorrow or laterthis week I would preferred to have just spoken directly to the manager but now you?re ratings have been affected as a teachingmoment for your weekend staff l. 99% of the issues I ever have are always on the weekends Read more
Wow- the mix of flavors is incredible. This place has taken salads up an entire new level. High quality and taste and huge... portions. I'm happy to finally find a true healthy option in the food court! The unique amazing taste is a welcome bonus. I'lldefinitely return. ???? Read more
Friendly staff and good food especially for the mall food court. Honestly though the menu isn't great and if you build your own... bowl/salad/wrap it's so much better. Read more
I love chopped leaf, I got to the northern Burlington location all the time but this location in Mapleview mall has made me sick... every time I eat there. They must not be storing things properly because this only happens at this location. Someone needs tolook into this, it?s not just the protein or singular salads, it?s been 3 different proteins and 2 salads and one wrap and itmade me sick everytime. Read more
Past repeat customer, now, never to return. Rejecting customers 10min to close even after these new reduced hours are in... effect. We could barely make it there after work today, 45min commute, arriving 10 to close to pick up food for supper, stillrejected to be served at the counter. Read more
There was a long black hair in my #1 bowl ????. The rice was still smeared together and mushy rather than individual cooked... pieces. What a waste of money. EDIT: I emailed chopped leaf as they requested in their response a week ago, still no reply.Great customer service ???? Read more
My wife and I went here while shopping in the mall and were not impressed in the least bit. The service was so slow and the... sandwich I ordered was dry and the chicken rubbery. Then my wife ordered a salad, that ended up having a hair in it. She thenreturned it and got a new salad made, but that one had a bigger, thicker hair in it. After being thoroughly disgusted, shereturned it and just got a refund instead. We will not be making the mistake again to go to this place. Read more
