Extremely slow. Waited 10 minutes to order food with only 3 cars infront of me. This is the second time this has happened in the... past week. Been slow since I was in high school 10 years ago..... Also, staff is extremely rude. Go to another Timmies if youcan. Read more

Service could be quicker considering how many people they have working at one time (like 8 or more). The only reason I'm giving... them 4 starts is because they are always polite, food is always delicious and rhe coffee always fresh todeath????????????????and seem to be nice people as far as I can tell. I wish they would accept people on their bike or walkingthrough the drive thru for people who don't drive or can't drive and want some timmies late at night or during the day!! Pleaseconsider it timmies or just accept me when I come on my bike lol thst would be so frickin amazingly sweet if u would accomedateme especially since I xome ever day thanks for taking time out of ur busy day to read this. They really need to be careful on making their coffee and make sure people don't get this at the bottom. The worst taste is... coffee grands in your mouth. Read more

I was very disappointed in the service I received at this location, will not be coming again, and I would not recommend anyone I... know to come here either. I ordered 2 plain Harvest sausages on an english muffin and 1 bagel. The lady at the front was verynice and she advised me that it would take about 10 minutes to make a new batch. I had been waiting 17 minutes before I decidedto go up to the people making the sandwiches and they acted like I had inconvenienced them by asking about my order, saying thatthey can only see the most recent order and they didn't know about mine. Still, I politely waited but then they told me thatthey can only give me one sandwich or I could wait another 10 minutes, even though I had been waiting almost 25 minutes at thispoint. I said that's fine and went to the cash register to get a refund. At the cash register, I spoke to another nice man andtold him about the refund when another VERY RUDE younger lady came and started speaking in her native language (luckily this wasalso my native language) and was pretty much saying "What is her problem?? I am making it I don't know why she's complaining". Iresponded in the same language and she was literally shocked that I understood what she was saying. Then, the nice front ladyfrom earlier came to give me a refund. It didn't end there because I got my order to see that it was made wrong and there wasegg, cheese and butter when I had specifically not asked for it. I went back up and the rude lady was like "Is there anotherproblem?" like it was my fault, but luckily again the nicer lady gave me a refund. Overall, I think there is a severe lack ofcommunication between coworkers. When that one pleasant lady isn't working, I feel sorry for the customers. Lastly, please becareful what you are saying and watch your attitude because you never know who can understand what you're saying. Veryunprofessional. Read more

This one used to be the best around. It?s been a steady decline in the last 6 months. Selection is still good almost any time of... day, but order accuracy has not been good. We get coffee instead of tea; cream instead of milk; and now they don?t make theproper cold brew that we order. We point out the error and they insist it?s correct. We will have to find another location. Read more

Lady behind me said she ordered a BLT last time and didn't come with bacon. The girl at the register didn't even say they would... pay for bacon this time in her sandwich. Otherwise, quick service. Read more

This place has gotten better in the last couple months; although, some staff members STILL do not know their own menu. I have... gotten the wrong menu item more than three times now with the latest time being this morning. Staff do not take responsibilityfor their mistakes, and they will even argue with you at times. They do not like making it right for their customer. The bottomline is, just make sure your order is correct and that it is not too big because that's a guarantee to get something wrong!Proceed with caution, definitely. Read more

I went on a terribly busy day and my order wasn't exactly what I ordered. After mentioning a couple issues the manager took... immediate action and resolved the issue and I was amazed by the excellent customer service they provided afterwards. I willdefinitely be going back. Presentation and quality of food excellent. The best part was that they took the time to fix theissues and that goes a long way for me...
