Sadly, Tim's is a mere shadow of what they used to be. Service is painfully slow, order is often inaccurate, the prices are high... for the portions and the flavour of food and coffee just isn't the same. A once great franchise is on the decline. Read more
They hav very rude customer service this morning I get my steeptea with 3 cream and 6 sugar and some lady at the windows body... shamed me for being skinny and saying that it?s cuz I get so much sugar and asked me why I take so much sugar. This is none ofher business I didn?t expect to be greeted at the window this way! She then turned around and tell the other co worker that Itake so much sugar and this was my first time at this Tim Horton .
