Sadly, Tim's is a mere shadow of what they used to be. Service is painfully slow, order is often inaccurate, the prices are high... for the portions and the flavour of food and coffee just isn't the same. A once great franchise is on the decline. Read more
They hav very rude customer service this morning I get my steeptea with 3 cream and 6 sugar and some lady at the windows body... shamed me for being skinny and saying that it?s cuz I get so much sugar and asked me why I take so much sugar. This is none ofher business I didn?t expect to be greeted at the window this way! She then turned around and tell the other co worker that Itake so much sugar and this was my first time at this Tim Horton . This is unacceptable and very rude due to this body shame Ifelt very horrible about myself and my body and this was the worse experience ever!!! Read more

I'm not normally one to leave reviews but I feel it necessary for this location. The food and drinks are prepared quickly and... correctly which is great, however the staff are BEYOND rude. I don't think they know the meaning of customer service. Iunderstand drive-thru times are important but a simple "good morning" or even just responding "thank you" or "you too" when Isay have a nice day would be nice :( Read more

Everything you'd expect and want from a Tims. Visited around lunch time on a weekday. Clean, not crowded, quick pleasant service... and easy to access. Staff were all wearing masks and social distancing seating was arranged. Washroom was clean. Nice that theyhave some outdoor seating as well set up in pairs. Plenty of easy access parking in the plaza lot. Nice that they have somefancy seasonal donut selections too! Read more
