This is the most horrible Tim's I've been to, its taken me I would say 10 bad experiences before posting this review, but... honestly where is the owner of this place? Coffee doesn't taste the freshest, their wedges are disgusting here. I ordered ittwice 2 different occasions both times came out BURNT, over fired and dried I took one bite had to give it back. The ladies arereally sweet but honestly just don't know how to run the place on their own they need a manager to overlook whats going onbecause for a franchised brand at a gas station which is always busy its disappointing. Went to the drive-thru ordered an extra large double double and two farmer wraps my coffee had zero sugar in it unless it wasn't... stirred then they had me wait near the front doors for my Farmer wraps even though there wasn't a soul behind me get to work thewrap is split in half (broken not cut) hash browns half Frozen the egg tasted weird this will be the last time I ever go back tothis location worst service I ever had the woman on the phone was a righteous you know what. poor poor service an extremely poorfood will not return don't waste your time with this location go across the street to Tim's near Longo's they have the bestservice and great food Piss me off now I'm at work all day no food ..way to go Read more
I ordered food and to my surprise I noticed the worker dropped a knife one the floor. The worker picked it up from the floor and... didn?t even wash it. I mentioned are you not going to wash that? The worker was surprised and quickly put it away. I?m not surebut this Tim Horton is lacking health and safety. I requested my order to be refunded and left disgusted. Read more
Just watched an employee squeeze the cinnamon bun I was trying to order with her bare hands. I called it out asking her if she... just squeezed the cinnamon bun with her bare hands to give me. She stood there dumbfounded aka caught and the other last saidyes but it's the last one. I told her well then keep it. No masks and literally handling my food with no plastic gloves orutensils.
